All  rates are  weekly based on an occupancy of 6 people for La Grande Maison and 2 people for La Petite Maison.

Rental weeks begin on Saturdays at 4pm.  Check out time is by 10am.

50% deposit is due upon reservation - the balance is due 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental period.

Reservations made within 60 days of the beginning of the rental period must be paid in full upon reservation.
 
A signed rental agreement and deposit are required before the confirmation of the reservation.

Rental rates include: Unlimited phone calls from the house to LAND LINES anywhere in the world.  Cleaning at the end of your stay.  High speed internet and satellite TV.

A refundable deposit of $300.00 will be held against damage.

* Weekly rental from Nov. 1st  - March 31st does not include utility charges; an additional charge of $40.00 per week (la Grande Maison) and $20.00 per week (La Petite Maison)  will be added to rentals during this period.

Rates for La Petite Maison will be reduced by 40% when booked with La Grande Maison.
